Public Comment

The Public may address the committee on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Corporation.  Public comment will be asked after each action item has been discussed by the Chair and/or before Bylaws Committee vote on each Agenda item.  Depending upon the number of public comment, the Chair shall establish a reasonable time limit for public comment but no more than three minutes will be permitted for each speaker.
